Among the main highlights, the identity and structure of HR were addressed, as well as the increasing adoption of technologies and automation. According to the collected data, processes such as Payroll (68.7%) and Recruitment and Selection (53.7%) remain the most automated, followed by Performance Evaluation (40.7%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
